Our dedicated spindle rebuild department is staffed by engineers with
rebuild experience dating back to the inception of CNC into the woodworking
industry. To avoid downtime during
rebuild we offer loan heads for most CNC
machines, SCM Rye Wadkin.

The units are rebuilt by skilled engineers to the exacting standards required for the speed and application. All worn parts are replaced, all locking nuts, lock washers and fastenings are replaced as a matter of course. Bearing housings are re bushed / replaced where necessary. All rotational parts are dynamically balanced. Bearings are replaced with high quality high speed precision bearing sets. Upon completion of testing spindles are repainted where required. |

Rebuilt spindles are
extensively run tested with automated inverter routines with speed,
current and temperature monitoring.
We also offer a range of spindles for retrofit.
