Our service agreements provide
preventative maintenance visits as necessary, also to supplement our
service visits we offer -
Permanently manned telephone support
line to avoid unnecessary call out
Priority breakdown response within 12
or 24 hours
Many of our customers use our Service Agreements to assist them with the demands
of 'Just in Time Production'.
Our extensive preventative
/ predictive maintenance visits cover the following -
Geometric checks for machine accuracy and alignment.
Detailed checks of Servo drive acceleration slope and simultaneous
mechanical loading.
Servo loop following error.
CPU and internal controller tests.
Tests of Electrical hard wiring
and contacts.
Electrical and mechanical loading of vacuum, cutting heads etc.
Extensive checking and lubrication of table components, ballscrews,
linear bearings.
Checking of common breakdown areas.
To supplement our service visits we offer phone support to avoid
unnecessary call out and a priority breakdown response.
An engineer will be on site within 12 or 24 hours of
a breakdown callout.
Service rates are reduced for Service
Agreement customers
We believe that our preventative maintenance visits are the
most thorough in the industry. Our service agreements will reduce your machine
